Am I who I am, who am I?

This large-scale oil painting is a tribute to my favorite singer and international artist, Ari Laff (Lauv). I built it through layered techniques, beginning with a monochrome background to break the starkness of the white canvas. Over 11 months, I meticulously developed the piece, refining textures and details. One of the most challenging aspects was rendering the suit, as its chromatic variations required careful blending and precision.

This project became one of my most successful works, gaining international recognition from the artist himself, his photographer, and other influencers. The experience not only deepened my technical skills but also reinforced the power of art in forming unexpected connections across creative communities.
